Sing, Nurture, Nourish: A Mums and Bubs Pop Up
Led by our fabulous special guest Gemma, a local music teacher and songwriter, this singing circle provides a nurturing space for mothers and their babies to connect through the joy of shared song.
Through group singing, mothers are invited into moments of connection, ease, and presence during the tender early months of parenthood.
Singing together supports nervous system regulation and stress reduction. Gentle, controlled breathing naturally activates the vagus nerve, helping to cultivate calm and resilience amidst the demands of caring for a young baby.
Music also offers a powerful form of emotional expression beyond words, allowing feelings to be held, released, and shared. The songs learned in the circle can be taken home and sung to your baby, deepening your bond and offering comfort, familiarity, and connection.
No singing experience is needed, just a willingness to arrive as you are and share in the simple, restorative act of singing together.

Held and Grounded: A Mums and Bubs Pop Up
Cash-donation mums and bubs pop up class!
Welcoming our special guest Emily to our Mums and Bubs family! Our M+B course has extended to 6 classes to include our very own Emily from Wilderness Yoga to provide the mamas with much needed mindfulness and nervous system support. Emily supports people in regulating stress and feeling more grounded through evidence-based mindfulness, somatic practices and nervous-system tools. Her work blends warmth, clarity and practicality to help individuals thrive through all phases of life. She has kindly offered to hold a pop up class for alll th mums so they are able to soak in some of her magic. The class will begin in true Mums and Bubs fashion with introductions and check in and then Emily will guide you through simple, accessible practices to help inspire a calm, centred mum; tools you can easily weave into everyday life, creating a gentle ripple of togetherness for you, your baby, and your home.
There will be a little bit of nourishing movement included too, but nothing strenuous nor will it require yoga leggings. (But sure, wear them if you wish!)
The reality is, motherhood can feel really big most days. This session is all about how we can cultivate more lightness together, and feel empowered to better manage those tougher days.

Mums and Bubs Pop Up Class: Mamas Rhythm Class
Donation based mums and bubs pop up class to bring our Mamas together, with a special guest to take us through some dance moves with the bubs. A 2 hour class, the first half will be spent connecting with each other and sharing about our postnatal journey, and then we are fortunate enough to have Niki take us through a Mamas Rhythm class with the bubs. Niki has a background in salsa dancing and brings this together with her love of dancing with her baby to bring a fun and active dance class.
Bring your babes, a blanket for them to lay on, and your carriers (not essential) so you can get moving!

Please come and enjoy our Wilderness community off the mat. We can share finger food and drink together to celebrate the New Year.

The flow of the day;
**7:30 AM - Back to Basics with Bec**
Begin your day with a return to the fundamentals of yoga, where concentration, breath, strength, and stretch come together to guide you toward self-realization. Bec’s session invites you to fully immerse yourself in the practice, turning each movement into a form of meditation. With a focus on breath and foundational poses, you'll rediscover familiar postures, experiencing them as if for the first time, fresh and new.
**9:00 AM - Break**
Pause for a moment to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a light snack. Take this time to reflect and prepare for the next phase of your journey.
**9:30 AM - Building on the Basics with Ella**
In this session, Ella will take you deeper into your practice, focusing on the connection between your hands, feet, and the core of your body. You'll explore how this foundational support fuels the body, creating a powerful, cohesive flow. Through this process, you'll gather and harness energy, finding freedom and lift in every movement.
**11:00 AM - Brunch**
Join us for a nourishing brunch prepared by Chef Carl, featuring his signature dishes. The menu includes gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, crafted from mostly organic, seasonal produce. Relax and enjoy the meal with your fellow yogis in a communal, peaceful setting.
**1:00 PM - Integrative Flow with Emily**
Emily will guide you into the afternoon with a calming meditation and pranayama, helping you settle into a state of deep relaxation. This session integrates the lessons from earlier in the day, allowing you to flow and explore the full depth of your practice. You'll transition into restorative yoga, perfect for achieving a profound sense of relaxation and renewal as the day draws to a close.
