Led by Emily, she will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Each session nurturing your healing and self-discovery, offering space for reflection, self-reverence, and inner peace. This is more than just physical healing; it’s about coming home to yourself as this renewed version of self.

Who Is This For?
Postpartum has no expiry. Whether your baby is a newborn or a toddler or a teenager, you are welcome. We simply ask that you be cleared for exercise by your midwife, physiotherapist, or medical team.
Beyond the weekly sessions, you will have access to ongoing community support and resources to encourage self-practice—encouraging reconnection, reflection, and renewal. Whether you seek strength, stillness, or simply a moment to breathe, this journey will support you as you step fully into the radiant, powerful experience of motherhood.

Who is this course for?
Any womxn with children of any age. Not just new mothers or womxn who have recently birthed.
Can I bring my baby or child along?
We like to make Yoga as accessible as possible at Wilderness. This course is one for Mum, however, if you aren’t able to come due to care for child, they are welcome to attend too. Likely not a suitable environment for toddlers, however, there will be space for young bubs, or quiet playing children.
Is previous yoga experience required?
No. We work from the ground up. There will be language suited to beginners and optional progressions for those seeking physical challenge. We welcome you to come as you are.
I never got clearance from a physio or medical professional. Can I still come along?
Yes, please. Just as long as it has been a minimum or 6-weeks since birthing. We ask you to come along to the first session a little early to have a good chat and check in.
