Cash-donation mums and bubs pop up class!
Welcoming our special guest Emily to our Mums and Bubs family! Our M+B course has extended to 6 classes to include our very own Emily from Wilderness Yoga to provide the mamas with much needed mindfulness and nervous system support. Emily supports people in regulating stress and feeling more grounded through evidence-based mindfulness, somatic practices and nervous-system tools. Her work blends warmth, clarity and practicality to help individuals thrive through all phases of life. She has kindly offered to hold a pop up class for alll th mums so they are able to soak in some of her magic. The class will begin in true Mums and Bubs fashion with introductions and check in and then Emily will guide you through simple, accessible practices to help inspire a calm, centred mum; tools you can easily weave into everyday life, creating a gentle ripple of togetherness for you, your baby, and your home.
There will be a little bit of nourishing movement included too, but nothing strenuous nor will it require yoga leggings. (But sure, wear them if you wish!)
The reality is, motherhood can feel really big most days. This session is all about how we can cultivate more lightness together, and feel empowered to better manage those tougher days.
Welcome to bring the babies or come on your own. Bring a blanket for your babe to lay on.
