Who Is This For?
Postpartum has no expiry. Whether your baby is a newborn or a toddler, you are welcome. We simply ask that you be cleared for exercise by your midwife, physiotherapist, or medical team.
Beyond the weekly sessions, you will have access to ongoing community support and resources to encourage self-practice—encouraging reconnection, reflection, and renewal. Whether you seek strength, stillness, or simply a moment to breathe, this journey will support you as you step fully into the radiant, powerful experience of motherhood.
