Ashtanga Yoga
Wilderness Women:
A nurturing, evidence-informed practice guided by a qualified midwife, blending gentle movement, breathwork and birth preparation. Classes support strength, mobility and nervous system regulation while offering practical tools and education for pregnancy and labour.
Pregnancy Yoga
A 6 week course designed for new mothers and their babies to move, connect and gently rebuild strength together. A big emphasis on postpartum support, community and shared experiences. Guest speakers include lactation support, womens health physio and nervous system coach.
Mums and Bubs Postpartum Support Course
A 5-week course journeying back to self. An inclusive space for mum to arrive, just as she is. Exploring Yoga as a lifelong tool to feel empowered, soft, capable and grounded. Suitable to all Mother’s.
Post Natal Yoga
Specialist Midwifery:
An opportunity for the non-birthing partner/support person to gain insight, knowledge and connection to the birthing journey.
Birth Prep Workshops
An immersive and intimate deep dive into all things lactation with a privately practising lactation consultant. Appropriate for those who are expecting or those on their feeding journey.
