Wilderness Women Wellness Clinic:


Weekly pregnancy preparation classes combining yoga, antenatal education and supportive discussion led by Registered Midwives.

Designed to help women feel informed, connected and prepared for birth, postpartum and early motherhood.


A 6 week course designed for new mothers and their babies to move, connect and gently rebuild strength together. A big emphasis on postpartum support, community and shared experiences. Guest speakers include lactation support, womens health physio and nervous system coach.


A 5-week course journeying back to self. An inclusive space for mum to arrive, just as she is. Exploring Yoga as a lifelong tool to feel empowered, soft, capable and grounded. Suitable to all Mother’s.

Specialist Midwifery:


An opportunity for the non-birthing partner/support person to gain insight, knowledge and connection to the birthing journey.

Birth Prep Workshops

An immersive and intimate deep dive into all things lactation with a privately practising lactation consultant. Appropriate for those who are expecting or those on their feeding journey.
