We begin in a circle to foster that essential community aspect. This is a safe space for open discussion, story sharing, and bite-sized antenatal education led by our midwives. Transition into a physical practice designed specifically for the maternal body. We focus on specialized exercises to build functional strength and directly help with the discomforts of pregnancy and help support your preparation for birth.
