Our Postpartum Support Course has been thoughtfully curated to celebrate and support mothers as they gently reintegrate into life with their new baby… whether you are navigating motherhood for the first time or welcoming another little one into your family.
This nurturing six-week series offers a space to arrive exactly as you are and be held within a supportive community as you move through the tenderness and transformation of the early postpartum period. Led by our multi-passionate team of registered midwives and experienced yoga teachers, each gathering invites connection, shared stories, and gentle movement designed specifically for the postpartum body.
Throughout the course, we also welcome a range of trusted professionals who offer guidance in their areas of expertise. Lani, our incredible lactation consultant, shares support around infant feeding (both breast and bottle). Hayley, a women’s health physiotherapist, speaks about postpartum pelvic floor care and a safe return to movement. Emily, mindfulness and nervous system coach, introduces simple evidence-based practices to support stress regulation, grounding, and emotional well-being during this profound season of motherhood.
With community and connection at the heart of the course, we honour the many shades of early motherhood; the joy, the exhaustion, the questions, and the growth. You and your baby are warmly welcomed just as you are. No previous yoga experience is required.
Classes run for 2 hours (9:30am–11:30am) and are intentionally capped at 9 mothers to ensure an intimate and supportive environment.
